Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all bedding orders. Every shipment includes full tracking, and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Brazil, Mexico, Germany, UAE, India, Turkey, and most international destinations: 10–20 business days
Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, South Africa, and select regions: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, peak seasonal demand, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Express Shipping
Express delivery via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or UPS is available upon request. Pricing typically ranges from $30–$50 USD per bedding item depending on destination. Please contact us after placing your order if you wish to upgrade to express shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. This timeframe includes quality inspection, careful packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 5 hours of purchase by emailing info@agcw.store. Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. Bedding items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in China, and approved returns must be sent back to the same location.

How to Request a Return
Email info@agcw.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide detailed instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If your bedding arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
If returning due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
• Used or washed bedding
• Items showing signs of wear after delivery
• Final sale or clearance bedding collections
• Gift cards

Damages & Issues
If your bedding arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit when applicable.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different bedding item is to return the original order (if eligible) and place a new purchase after approval.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must remain unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may require additional time to finalize the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@agcw.store.
